FCC Young Journalists Workshop with SOPA — February 3, 2026

The Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA) and the Foreign Correspondents’ Club (FCC) Hong Kong joined forces for the second edition of the FCC’s exclusive workshop series for Correspondent and Journalist members. Qianer Liu, recipient of the 2025 SOPA Award for Young Journalist and reporter at The Information, took the stage to share the reporting process and strategies behind her award-winning series “The US-China Tech Conflict.”

The 1.5-hour session, moderated by FCC Correspondent Board Governor Jing Yang, included a presentation and audience Q&A. A total of 24 participants, mostly early-career journalists, attended the workshop at FCC Hong Kong.
